I opted for this unit over many of the others I researched for its mix of features, brand reputation, warranty, and price range. Once it was delivered I had it assembled and running in minutes. Initially, I was a bit disappointed to discover the number of plastic components that were part of the construction. It “felt cheap” as I was putting it together. I may find myself upgrading some of the plastic parts(such as the wand handle) to something better, or I may be forced to do so as these parts wear out. Once I had it running (it started on the first pull of the cord) and tested it out on some surfaces, it did exactly what I needed it to do. The low pressure additives (soap, chemicals) inlet hose works great.

I was highly impressed with this little drum machine. It has great sounds, a lot of sounds availible, and it’s extremely durable and compact.

You of course, need the pedals which are extra, but Roland makes some nice, inexpensive ones, I think mine were 70 bucks each. The only problem with them is that they tend to slide a bit when you play.

On the con side, as with Roland, this complany is Japanese, and as with Roland, it becomes very clear that English is not their first language when you try and read the owner’s manual. However, with a lot of poking around and many times of re-reading, you can learn Alesis Performance Drum Pad. it’s well worth it anyway.

This is a fantastic guitar kit. It’s a very good quality guitar and easy to play. I found the strings a little bit tougher to press down when compared to other guitars. I loved the amp, it’s small and lightweight but very loud, especially when you turn on the overdrive. And another thing, it shipped very quickly, amazon estimated a week, but it got here within 3 days of placing my order. I recommend you start with this guitar.

I’ve had these on for a few months now, and they just make mowing a breeze. I zip around edging, planters, trees, etc., with zero effort. Turning around at the end of a pass to go the opposite direction is very fast and virtually effortless. Lawnmowing time is significantly reduced due to the quick and easy turn-arounds. Also appears to be quite well-made and sturdy. I use 2 mowers, and I’ve ordered a set for the second one as well. My home is all on one story and the rooms are very spread out. We need a safe place for our little one on both ends of the house. I purchased one for myself a few months ago and then my Mother-in-law saw it and HAD to have one, too. When my cousin saw it, she knew it would be perfect in her house as well! So, thanks to me, Amazon sold 3 to my family alone!!! Thanks for such a great mini-crib option!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this set to a touring performance drummer…it seems too flimsy to be tearing down frequently…but as a “set it up in one place forever and play it” kit, Alesis DM6 Kit Performance Electronic Drumset’s decent enough. It fits in small spaces without feeling small when you’re playing it. The head action feels natural. The harder you hit, the louder the output…the lighter, the quieter. Sounds and effects are limited and there’s no room for expansion drums or cymbals, but there’s enough here for somebody just wanting to play along with your iPod or in a combo. The pedal action in the chain-driven bass pedal and in the hi-hat are fine.

Normally I wouldn’t buy a guitar without holding it first but this was just a starter guitar for my son and it was hard to beat the price, so I took a chance. It shipped quickly and I was surprised at how well constructed it is. The action is great and there are no buzzing frets. This is a much better instrument than the cheapo guitars I was looking at in the department stores. The accessory pack (case, picks, strap, tuner, cord, DVD) is great too. The amp is adequate, nothing spectacular but it will serve its purpose.
